Let me introduce myself

My name is Eleonora Fornara, I am an Italian nutritionist with a solid, multidisciplinary university background. I graduated with a degree in Dietetics from La Sapienza University of Rome and subsequently earned a master's degree in Human Nutrition Sciences – Health and Wellbeing from the University of Bologna.

I believe in a scientific yet holistic approach to nutrition: a path that considers the whole person, not just what they eat. Therefore, my work integrates scientific rigor, empathetic listening, and lifestyle awareness, with the goal of promoting real, long-lasting, and sustainable well-being.

Each plan is tailor-made: no rigid diets, but flexible and practical strategies that adapt to your daily routine and help you regain balance, energy, and serenity. Nourishing your body is also a way to take care of yourself—and my job is to guide you through this process, step by step.
